We want every ALTUNA piece to feel exactly right. If it doesn't, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or a full refund.

Conditions

Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their ALTUNA packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can be exchanged or refunded only if unworn and in sealed original condition.

How it works

Write to us at altunajewelry@hotmail.com with your order number. We will arrange the pickup or exchange within Kuwait and process refunds to your original payment method once the piece is received and checked.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
